A rigorous selection process

Our strict and thorough driver recruitment process begins on our platform. Candidates are handpicked and selected based on how they align with our band identity and will only join our team after passing both the telephone and face-to-face interviews.


Drivers go through a rigorous interviewing and testing process, before they are given the sign off by our operations team and then join the Parkopoly adventure.

Tailor made training programme

Our team of Drivers are handpicked and specifically trained with your performance needs in mind, in terms of being able to present different car models.


In order to do this, they are given access to live car model demos and gain a wealth of knowledge through our digital training platform where their progress is tracked and evaluated before they are able to do car handovers. Each car model has its own designated training course.

Quality assurance through grading

Our Drivers are passionate about cars and give excellent customer service. We carry out quality checks on every job. We take the presentation of our Drivers very seriously, as they are the face of our brand.


Our Drivers are given a Parkopoly uniform for car after-sales jobs, car transfers between sites, but they wear a suit for handing over new or used cars, and for test drives.
